Even though I went to bed early last night, my sleep was terrible. After I woke up, I had a little headache. I thought I slept for a long time, but when I saw my tracker, which I wear on my wrist all the time, I slept for only 6 hours. I am sure that I slept at about 10 o’clock, and I woke up at 6:30. I hoped that I would wake up with a lot of energy, but I did not have those good feelings this morning.
Anyway, I spent time reading books and writing my blog articles in the morning. After I ate lunch, which was pork and rice. After a short nap, I felt very tired. Scientifically speaking, taking a nap is supposed to be good for me, but after taking a nap, my energy is always drained. That’s why I have been avoiding doing that. Anyway, I was tired throughout the day today, which affected my practice negatively. I couldn’t move very well.
I also booked a ticket for the next trip. I am leaving on Friday this week and staying in the southern city, Bordeaux, for a couple of days, and I am going to head to Toulouse, which is a further southern city. Including the place that I booked through Airbnb, it cost me less than 200 euros, so I believe that I could find a good deal.
I have 3 more days until I leave. I hope my energy will be back tomorrow. Good night.
